  • 90ml cream of coconut
  • 30ml triple sec
  • Juice of one lime

  • Lemon or pineapple wedge
  • Salt for rim

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Salt the rim of a rocks glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into your rocks glass over ice and garnish with a lemon or pineapple wedge.
