Tequila Mai Tai

Ingredients
- 50ml Jose Cuervo Traditional Reposado
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml orgeat syrup
- 3 - 4 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters
Garnish
- Spearmint sprig
- 2 - 3 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters
- Lime wedge
- Orange salt

HOW TO MAKE IT
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip in orange salt (if using).
- Fill glass with ice and set aside.
- Add remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into the prepared glass.
- Serve with chosen garnishes.
