Ingredients
- 30ml Jose Cuervo Tradicional Plata
- 22ml red wine syrup
- 10ml grapefruit juice
- 60ml sparkling wine
- 30ml soda water
Ingredients for red wine syrup
- 350ml red wine
- 120ml raw cane sugar
- 30ml carrot juice
- 3 orange peels
Garnish
- Grapefruit twist and 2 strawberry slices

- 350ml red wine

HOW TO MAKE IT
- Add all ingredients to an ice-filled wine glass.
- Stir, and garnish with grapefruit twist and strawberry slices.
How to make red wine syrup
- Add red wine, sugar, orange peel and orange juice to a small pot.
- Bring to the boil and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Reduce to a low heat and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once reduced, remove from heat and leave to cool.
